Terms
EST8 is an operator-assisted property search service in Yerevan. Submit your preferences; an Operator reviews requests and property submissions before selecting matches.
A request, match, viewing or stated offer does not reserve a property or create a purchase or lease agreement. Availability and information must be confirmed with the Operator. EST8 does not process payments or hold deposits through this website.
Provide accurate information and submit only properties you are authorized to represent. Do not upload unlawful content or another person’s private information. Contact EST8 to correct or withdraw a request.
Any agency services, fees and contractual obligations must be agreed separately before you commit. Please review the Privacy notice before sharing contact details.
